Package Your Items
Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are unworn.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
